This double album was first sent to select fans on a track-by-track, day-to-day basis in december 2013 as an advent calendar including 24 songs. The recording had been made in the spring of 2013, when Philipp, Martin and Ronan had met and played as a trio for the very first time. Philipp had worked with both Ronan and Martin in duos before. But now he wanted to find out whether a trio would work its wonders with the same certainty of a sleepwalker as his two duos did. Listen and see for yourself if 2+2=3.

All tracks are entirely improvised. No prior arrangements or agreements were made, not even on any particular groove, musical key or form. However, the album is a product of rather a lot of editing: three days of recording resulted in a total of almost seven hours of music. Naturally, only the best parts made it into the final release.

Since its first release, this record also was tested and has served as music for deep sleep in noisy motel rooms and during air travel.
